a weird book i did NOT write

I did NOT write this book and I do not know what it means. If anyone has any ideas please let me know

for context I found this laptop in a storage locker and have been using it was my daily laptop. It already had minecraft installed so I've been using what. The world I'm playing on already existed on the computer but when I loaded it up it looked totally normal. I just now found this area ~400 blocks away from my base. I guess it belonged to the previous laptop owner??? But it's still weird
