Move: Use the left virtual joystick.
Tail Attack: Swipe anywhere on the right half of the screen.
Grab/Throw: Swipe tail near a Rock to grab it. Swipe again to throw.
Jump: Tap JUMP to dodge attacks or hit flying helicopters.
Water: Helicopters lose you in deep water areas.
